would with a traditional printed magazine.

What is the minimal operating system for accessing digital
editions?
Any computer that is capable of "surfing" the web
can generally access the publications. It is suggested that
readers have at least a 56k modem. Subscribers must have Internet
Explorer 4 or greater, Netscape 4 or greater or AOL 6 or greater
to access the digital edition.
