Palo Alto to Sponsor Webinar on Risk Control

Palo Alto are to sponsor a live Webinar on enabling businesses to safely leverage a new generation of risk-carrying Internet applications.

The live broadcast, moderated by Steve Gold of Infosecurity Magazine, will take place 10 June at 2pm (EST) and is available through the magazine website.

Panelists will be Chris King, director of product marketing at Palo Alto Networks, and Jon Biskner of Nicolet National Bank.

The experts will advise on how to understand the behavior and context of new applications, as well as effective risk-management, without compromising business success or relationships with users.

The Webinar seeks to analyze the applications that forward-looking IT organizations are using, and help to discover the risks they present and the IT management being employed to control them.

It will provide an insight into the behavior and risks of specific Internet applications, and will also feature input from Nicolet Bank about how innovative new security technology being deployed there provides the application visibility and control they need.

The webinar ‘may not be for everyone,’ say Palo Alto, ‘We’re just being honest. This is not another network security seminar that leaves you feeling helpless, full of gloom and doom, scrambling to find ways to further restrict the flow of information to and from the Internet.’

Attendance is advised for Directors and VPs of IT, Security, or Networking in organizations ‘tired of saying 'no' due to fear of losing IT control'.
